Terms And Conditions

1. Payments must be made through funds transfer to our POSB savings account no. 126-48656-1.

2. We only ship within Singapore.

3. a) For ready-stock: Upon confirmation of orders, full payment must be made. Merchandise will only be sent out upon receipt of full payment.
b) For pre-orders: A 50% deposit is required before the order will be processed. Once the item has arrived, the balance must be paid up before it is sent out.

4. Waiting time for merchandise to reach you:
a) ready stock - within 1 week
b) pre-orders - about 1 to 2 months.

5. Upon confirmation of orders, no cancellation/changes will be entertained. Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangable.

6. We will notify you immediately if the item is out-of-stock and give you the choice of a full refund or exchange for another item.

7. Local normal postage is provided free of charge, please add $2.50 if you opt for registered mailing. We are not responsible for any item lost in mail therefore registered mail is strongly encouraged. Please note that we do not entertain meetups.

8. All items are carefully checked before sending out, therefore no refund will be entertained.

9. Colours in photo may vary due to the resolution of the computer, but usually it is 99% similar to the picture.
